Important message for clients

Clients who have invested in our Allocated Pension Fund, Investment Funds – Class A, Fixed Term Pension Plan, Personal Retirement Plan and Term Allocated Pension Fund pay an annual product fee which includes the ability to meet with a planner for an annual review of their investments.

We have identified that some clients were not contacted by us to schedule their annual review and may have paid for services which they were not provided. This was an oversight for which we sincerely apologise.

Where we have identified clients who have not received the appropriate service from us, they will be refunded accordingly. We have also put in place new processes to prevent this from happening again.
