Important message for clients

We have identified that some clients who are entitled to ongoing advice services have paid for services which they were not provided. This was a failure for which we sincerely apologise.

Where we have identified clients who have not received the appropriate service from us, they will be refunded accordingly. We have also put in place new processes to prevent this from happening again.

As at September 2018, we have reviewed approximately 46,000 clients invested in the Allocated Pension Fund, Term Allocated Pension Fund, Fixed Term Pension Plan, Personal Retirement Plan and/or Investment Funds – Class A. We are continuing our review of clients invested in these products to identify all who are affected.

We are also expanding our review to clients who had an ongoing advice arrangement with us and were invested in the Tailored Super Plan, Flexible Income Plan or Investment Funds – Class B.
